TradingNerve App Privacy Policy

TradingNerve App (“the app”) is a personal trading journal published by Sycadev, a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle, micro-entreprise) represented by Julien Hodrea, registered under SIREN 911 961 068. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email and optional display name, handled through Supabase Auth.
- Trading journal content: trades, daily reviews, rules, mood check-ins, and session preparation that you explicitly log in the app. Stored locally on your device by default. Synced to our Supabase backend only if you enable Cloud Sync in Settings.
- Technical diagnostics: device type, OS version, app version, crash reports, and anonymized product usage events (button taps, screens viewed) via PostHog (EU region).
- Subscription metadata: active PRO entitlement status via RevenueCat. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive card details.
2. How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your session active.
- Sync your journal across your devices when Cloud Sync is enabled.
- Deliver PRO features and restore purchases.
- Measure aggregate usage to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the app at any time: Settings → Delete my account. This triggers immediate deletion of:
- Your local device data
- Your server-side records (trades, reviews, rules, profile) within 30 days
If you prefer email, write to support@tradingnerve.com and we will honor the request within 30 days (GDPR Article 17).

Each provider has its own privacy policy; we have signed data processing agreements where applicable.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and comparable regimes, you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing support@tradingnerve.com.
6. Children
TradingNerve App is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
